Fitness lab

Students at Gibbons participate in the Fitness Lab periodically during the year.  This part of our program provides students with the opportunity to learn how to utilize a fitness center safely and effectively.  The fitness lab consists of concept 2 rowers, lifecycles, treadmills, stair climbers, exercise mats, and strength training machines.  Students record performance results on a workout card that they keep for both years at Gibbons.  Other important features of the lab include practice with personal goalsetting and determining resting, target, and working heart rates.
